The assigned technician arrived at the expected time. He listened to what the issue was and went to the source to address it. He took a couple of tests on the HVAC and identified and solved the problem. He explained the cause of the problem and how he addressed it. He later ordered replacement parts. He gave me a brief explanation about how the HVAC system works and how to conserve energy and associated bills. Thank you for professional advise. Read Less
