Called Commonwealth Cooling and Heating with an emergency AC outage after hours. The owner of the company texted right back and arranged to come first thing in the morning. Arrived on time, analyzed the issue, discussed options and pricing in a very clear manner. Performed the repairs very quickly and had the AC back up and running. Excellent company. In the midst of the many days of heat we have had, the Carrier air conditioner we love and depend upon had an issue. Commonwealth came to our rescue and got us up and running again! Everyone we dealt with from the Owner to his technicians kept us informed and also provided video to show the problem. Great experience. In the middle of a heat wave, the AC stopped working. Commonwealth was able to come out same day, repaired it quickly and efficiently. No attempts at upselling. Just great quick service at a fair price. Very happy and will use for all HVAC needs going forward. Read Less
